- Please allow up to 4 business days to dispatch orders. We’re both mothers to newborns and toddlers so some weeks just don’t go to plan!  If your order is urgent please contact us first to see dispatch time frame, or select express shipping as these are always prioritised 🤍 

- International shipping is flat rate in AUD, your countries exchange rate will show at checkout. 

- Please note - we’re not liable for international customs and tax fees 

• International customers are liable for all return shipping costs, we cannot offer a flat rate satchel for your return. 

**If you return an item believing it is faulty and it turns out not to be, you will be responsible for the shipping costs both ways**
